As the Managing Director of Pacilux, I have a vast experience in dealing with the youth on a number of projects ranging from classroom training to workplace
mentorship and coaching.

I have over 6 years interaction with students from a classroom perspective.
I have been able to provide students with the best service they need to study and be successful. Part of the task I have been responsible with amongst others are;
Delivering lectures, seminars and tutorials
• Providing new methods of developing and implementing teaching to reflect
changes in research
• Designing, preparing and developing teaching materials
• Setting and marking examinations
• Supporting students through an advisory role
• Undertaking personal research projects and actively contributing to the
institution's research profile
• Writing up research and preparing it for publication

Over the years, I have been tasked with workplace mentoring and coaching with the aim of helping interns ready for employment under a programme called workplace
readiness. The end results have been that we able to create synergies with the existing employees and exposing the interns to the workplace, helping interns to perform optimally and more effective.
In the process I was able to;
• Bring interns on board of different companies
• Increase intern satisfaction
• Help some interns to be employed and retained
• Increase company’s productivity
• Help interns with their career growth
• Produce quality interns who are employable
